Who We Are
The Mengly J. Quach Foundation was established in 2004 as a charitable foundation that receives annual financial support from Mengly J. Quach Education. We are committed to improving the living conditions and well-being of the most vulnerable people by providing support (in health, education, etc.). We are expanding the scope of our work by encouraging and promoting talented youth, innovation, creativity, independence, and implementation to the best of our ability.
What We Do
The Mengly J. Quach Foundation team initiates and organizes various activities and fundraising events to mobilize financial resources and other forms of support. These efforts enable us to implement four core programs: Education Program, Health Program, Community Service Program, and Disaster Relief Program consist of 20 projects:

Our Story
The Cambodia Institute for Child and Youth Health is a local charitable foundation that aims to provide all information and services related to health issues to children, youth, and mothers who face difficulties in Phnom Penh. The Cambodia Institute for Child Health was established under the initiative of His Excellency Oknha Dr. Quach Mengly in 2004 as a means of promoting education among disadvantaged children through the provision of scholarships.
